Beautiful documentary about a man who spends a year of his life filming an octopus that lives near his home by the sea in South Africa. He learns about her behavior and becomes surprised just how intelligent she is. He watches her hunt, escape danger, regrow her limbs, and they even bond with one another and sort of become "friends." This documentary helps the audience have an appreciation for marine biology and shows how human beings and other animals share this world. Good stuff.

My Octopus Teacher StReAmiNg Online Watch My Octopus Teacher Online Free Viooz. I loved this documentary. It was so touching. Part of me was a little disappointed that he did not help her more in the end. I thought about it a lot. Part of me understands that we shouldn't interfere with nature. But then I think about my own life and how I would welcome a friends help at a time like that. I've been told stories of dophins protecting a diver from a shark etc. so why, if we are truly part of this amazing world would we be reluctant to help a friend. Wondered why he said he thought about helping her more in the end but then said he would never do that. I wanted him to remove those tiny creatures and just hold her hand. Not sure what is the right guy was wonderful and this was amazing story. Just been thinking a lot about it.

The octopus touched my foot and I felt him say in my mind, When you die you will receive total consciousness. So I have that going for me, which is nice. This is such a beautiful documentary. It captivates you in a way I rarely see with any film. I'll always wonder, did that Octopus feel affection for him. I wish we could know, they're incredibly intelligent animals. I shall never eat an octopus ever again which I won't anyway claim vegetarian but even if I wasn't, I wouldn't.

Sometimes one forgets how beautiful and intriguing nature can be. Without giving much away, this is a story about a man who meets an octopus in the wild and the two form an unusual bond. That's all I'll say as I don't wish to give any more away but what a beautiful and refreshing film with stunning imagery. One of the better films I've seen this year. Just awesome.
